Kingston is the capital and largest city of Jamaica, located on the southeastern coast of the island. The Waterhouse Company of Webster, Massachusetts were coachbuilders making high quality custom bodies for chassis supplied by the major automotive businesses. Waterhouse was founded in 1928 by Charles L Waterhouse (1870-1953) with his sons Moses Sargent Waterhouse and Charles L Waterhouse junior. The Waterhouse Natural Science Art Prize, formerly the Waterhouse Natural History Art Prize, is a biennial competition for artists, with a science theme, organised by the South Australian Museum in Adelaide, South Australia. History The prize was established in 2002 and named after Frederick George Waterhouse, who was the first curator of the Museum. He discovered 40 new species of fish along the SA coastline, collected plants, insects, reptiles, birds and mammals and was an avid naturalist. The annual competition changed its name to "Waterhouse Natural Science Art Prize" in 2013. It offered a total prize pool of in that year. The competition was not held in 2015 due to a consultative review on the nature of the competition. Little Waterhouse Lake is a freshwater coastal lagoon in the Waterhouse Conservation Area of north-eastern Tasmania, Australia. In 1982 it was designated a wetland of international importance under the Ramsar Convention.
