Gamma Ray (band)
Gamma Ray is a German power metal band from Hamburg, founded and fronted by Kai Hansen after his departure from power metal band Helloween, in 1989. He is the band's lead vocalist, guitarist and chief songwriter. Between 1990 and 2014, Gamma Ray recorded eleven studio albums. Biography Formation In 1988, after four years with the German power metal band Helloween, guitarist and songwriter Kai Hansen decided to leave the group. Hansen claimed that Helloween had become too big for him to handle, although the group's troubles with financial issues and their record company, Noise Records, most likely played a part as well. He proceeded to do some studio work with German power metal band Blind Guardian and, in 1989, decided to form his own project with long-time friend Ralf Scheepers, former vocalist of the band Tyran Pace. This two-man project grew into a four-man band with the addition of Uwe Wessel on bass and Mathias Burchardt on drums. This was the first line-up of Gamma Ray, b ...

Moby Dick (instrumental)
"Moby Dick" is an instrumental drum solo by English rock band Led Zeppelin, featured on the band's 1969 album ''Led Zeppelin II''. Named after the novel of the same name by Herman Melville, it was also known by the alternate titles "Pat's Delight" (early 1968–1969 version with completely different guitar riff) and "Over the Top" (with "Out on the Tiles" intro section and original closing reprise) during various points of the band's career. "Moby Dick" is often regarded as one of the greatest drum solos of all time. Composition and recording "Moby Dick" emerged after Led Zeppelin guitarist and producer Jimmy Page found drummer John Bonham jamming or improvising in the studio, recorded parts of his solos and pieced it all together. Studio outtakes from the ''Led Zeppelin II'' sessions reveal that the drum solo recorded was edited down from a much longer version. The guitar riff can be traced back to the BBC unused session track " The Girl I Love She Got Long Black Wavy Hair" w ...

Crockett, titled "It's a Man Down Here", appeared on the ''Billboard'' record charts in 1965. In 1971, the Allman Brothers Band recorded an updated live version of the song, which was included on their popular '' Eat a Peach'' album (1972). Early recordings Elmore James Bluesman Elmore James recorded "One Way Out" during his last sessions for record producer Bobby Robinson. The recording took place at his second session for Beltone Studios in New York City in late 1960. Unlike many of his recordings, James did not use slide guitar: James' version was not released until 1965, two years after his death.
