Wardlow (wrestler)
Michael Austin Wardlow (born January 19, 1988) is an American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) under the mononymous ring name Wardlow, where he is a one time AEW TNT Champion. He is most known for formerly being MJF's bodyguard and a former member of The Pinnacle. Early life Michael Wardlow was born in Middlefield, Ohio. He was raised by a single mother and has two older sisters. He has a background in boxing and jujitsu. Professional wrestling career Independent circuit (2014–2019) Wardlow made his debut on March 15, 2014, for American Revolution Wrestling, where he was defeated by Nickie Valentino. The Pinnacle (professional Wrestling)
The Pinnacle is a professional wrestling stable formed in the professional wrestling promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The group, which was formed in March 2021, consists of FTR ( Dax Harwood) and ( Cash Wheeler), Shawn Spears, and Wardlow. The group's original incarnation was lead by Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF) and also had Tully Blanchard as a manager. In March 2022, Wardlow would leave the group after betraying MJF, Blanchard left after being fired by FTR, and FTR themselves would quietly end their association with the team. After quietly disbanding in June 2022, the group reformed in October without Friedman and Blanchard. Stephen Blake Woltz (born July 27, 1991), better known by his ring name "Hangman" Adam Page, is an American professional wrestler currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is a former AEW World Champion and AEW World Tag Team Champion. Woltz began his career in 2008, working on the independent circuit as Adam Page. In 2011, he began to appear in Ring of Honor (ROH), where he stayed for seven years. Double Or Nothing (2021)
The 2021 Double or Nothing was the third annual Double or Nothing professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place during Memorial Day weekend on May 30, 2021. The event was primarily held at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida; however, portions of the main event match were pre-taped at the nearby TIAA Bank Field. It was the first Double or Nothing event to be held on a Sunday. It was also AEW's last PPV to be held at Daily's Place during the COVID-19 pandemic. Double or Nothing was originally scheduled to be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada on May 29, but was moved to Daily's Place and pushed back a day due to the pandemic. Blood And Guts Match
WarGames is a specialized steel cage match in professional wrestling. The match usually involves two teams of either four, five, or more wrestlers locked inside a steel cage that encompasses two rings placed side by side. The cage may or may not have a roof, depending on which professional wrestling promotion the match is held in. Created by Dusty Rhodes in 1987, the WarGames match was originally used in Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP) of the National Wrestling Alliance, and later, held annually in World Championship Wrestling (WCW), usually at the Fall Brawl pay-per-view event—in 1988, JCP was sold and rebranded as WCW. AEW Blood and Guts is an annual professional wrestling television special produced by the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The event airs as a special episode of the promotion's flagship weekly television program, '' Wednesday Night Dynamite''. The concept of the event comes from the Blood and Guts match, which is AEW's version of the classic WarGames match in which two teams fight inside a roofed cell structure that surrounds two rings placed side-by-side.
