Wardian London
Wardian London is a residential-led development under construction at Marsh Wall on the Isle of Dogs, London from Eco World-Ballymore and designed by architect firm Glenn Howells. The scheme consists of two skyscrapers and was approved by London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Tower Hamlets council in November 2014. Upon completion, expected to be early 2021, Wardian London will be one of the tallest residential developments in London and the United Kingdom. Background and design Original plans Prior to the current scheme, developer Ballymore Group, Ballymore had been granted planning permission for a 525,000 sq ft office development on the same site. Heron Quays is a light metro station on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) Bank to Lewisham Line in the Heron Quays area of Canary Wharf in East London. The station is situated on the Isle of Dogs and serves the southern part of the Canary Wharf office complex and is directly connected to the Jubilee Place underground shopping centre. South Quay DLR Station
South Quay is a Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station on the Isle of Dogs, East London, England. The station is between Crossharbour and Heron Quays stations and is in Travelcard Zone 2. South Quay is in Millwall and is located on the southern shore of the South Dock of the West India Docks; the current station platforms sit astride the channel connecting Millwall Dock to the West India Docks. Embassy Gardens is a residential and business development built by Ballymore Group in the Nine Elms regeneration zone in London, England, surrounding the United States Embassy building opened in 2017.
