Wardat (1981 Film)
''Wardat'' is a 1981 Hindi-language spy thriller film. The film is the sequel to ''Surakshaa''. Large locusts attack the farmers and farmlands resulting in hefty damages. Plot The Indian Government suspects that this is the work of some terrorists and assign this case to their best agent Gunmaster G-9 alias Gopinath, who takes charge and begins the investigation, that will lead him to the dark secret world of underground scientists who are quite capable of harnessing nature to make their ends meet. Ravikant Nagaich (5 July 1931 – 6 January 1991) was an Indian film personality. He is an Indian film personality born at Atrauli, Aligarh- Uttar Pradesh, India in a Brahmin family. He started his filming career as a cinematographer in Telugu films, N.T. Rama Rao's ''Sri Seetha Rama Kalyanam'' in 1961 being his first film. With ''Farz (1967 film), Farz'', he turned to Hindi movies and direction. This low-budget thriller inspired by ''James Bond'' was a surprise hit and helped Ravikant and the film's lead pair's (Jeetendra and Babita) career. Dharmendra acted as Agent 116 Gopal in ''Keemat (1973 film), Keemat'' (1973). Jeetendra reprised his role as Agent 116, Gopalkishan Pandey in ''Raksha (1982 film), Raksha'' (1982) and again in ''The Gold Medal (film), The Gold Medal''. Keshto Mukherjee
Keshto Mukherjee (7 August 1925 – 2 March 1982) was an Indian actor and comedian. He was born in Kolkata,Bengal Presidency, British India. He specialised in comic drunkard roles in Hindi films. Though he was famous for his drunkard typecast role in Hindi films, he was a teetotaller throughout his life. He used to share a very good relation with the iconic director Ritwik Ghatak and had very tiny but important roles in the maestro's films such as the trickster in '' Bari Theke Paliye'', the madman in '' Ajantrik'' or character roles in ''Nagarik'' and ''Jukti Takko Aar Gappo''. Shailendra Singh is an Indian playback singer and actor. He sang several Hindi and a few Marathi songs during the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was very close to Mehmood Ali. Early life Shailendra Singh was born on 4 October 1952 in Mumbai, India to a Punjabi family. He studied at Hill Grange High School at Peddar Road, and did his graduation from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. He then joined the Film and Television Institute of India in Pune to train as an actor. Usha Uthup Iyer (born 7 November 1947) is an Indian pop, filmi, jazz, and playback singer who sang songs in the late 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. "Darling", which she recorded with Rekha Bhardwaj for the film ''7 Khoon Maaf'', won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer in 2012. Mohammed Rafi (24 December 1924 – 31 July 1980) was an Indian playback singer and musician. He is considered to have been one of the greatest and most influential singers of the Indian subcontinent. Rafi was notable for his versatility and range of voice; his songs varied from fast peppy numbers to patriotic songs, sad numbers to highly romantic songs, qawwalis to ghazals and bhajans to classical songs.
