War (Marvel Comics)
War is the name of three fictional characters, who are supervillains appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Two are discussed here: both members of the Horsemen of Apocalypse, Four Horsemen of Apocalypse. The first War (real name unknown) and Abraham Kieros. The title was also held by the mutant Gazer and, briefly, by Bruce Banner, the Hulk. War (Abraham Kieros) Publication history War first appeared in ''X-Factor (comics), X-Factor'' #11 (December 1986), and was created by Louise Simonson and Walter Simonson. Supervillain
A supervillain or supercriminal is a variant of the villainous stock character that is commonly found in American comic books, usually possessing superhuman abilities. A supervillain is the antithesis of a superhero. Supervillains are often used as foils to present a daunting challenge to a superhero. In instances where the supervillain does not have superhuman, mystical, or alien powers, the supervillain may possess a genius intellect or a skill set that allows them to draft complex schemes or commit crimes in a way normal humans cannot. Other traits may include megalomania and possession of considerable resources to further their aims. Many supervillains share some typical characteristics of real world dictators, gangsters, mad scientists, trophy hunters, corrupt businesspeople, serial killers, and terrorists, often having an aspiration of world domination. Dracula is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is based on the vampire Count Dracula from the novel of the Dracula, same name by author Bram Stoker. Apocalypse (En Sabah Nur) is a supervillain appearing in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is one of the world's first mutants, and was originally a principal villain for the original X-Factor team and now for the X-Men and related spin-off teams. Clayton Henry
Clayton Henry is a comic book artist, known mostly for his work for Marvel Comics. His first known works were providing the art on ''Nine Rings Of Wu-Tang'' and ''Area 52'', and has since worked on such series as '' Exiles'', ''Alpha Flight'', '' New X-Men: Hellions'', '' X-Men: Apocalypse vs. Dracula'', and currently ''Uncanny X-Men''. Frank Tieri is an American comic book writer.
