Wangsimni Station
Wangsimni Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 2, Seoul Subway Line 5, Gyeongui–Jungang Line, and Suin-Bundang Line; most Suin-Bundang Line trains end service here, though a few daily services continue along the tracks used by the Gyeonggi-Jungang line to terminate at the next station, Cheongnyangni in northeastern Seoul. It is located in Haengdang-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The name of the station, "Wangsimni", is related to a historical account dating from 14th century Korea. After establishing and becoming the first king of the Joseon dynasty, Yi Seong-gye presented the great Buddhist monk Muhak with the task of finding a site for the new capital. After searching for a suitable place, the monk stopped and saw an old farmer passing by on his ox. The farmer pointed toward the northwest and said to him, ''wangsimni'' (往十里), literally meaning 'go ten more li (li = a unit measure that equals to one-third of a mile).' Oido Station
Oido Station is a subway station in Siheung, South Korea. It is the current southwestern terminus of Seoul Subway Line 4 located almost 30 kilometers southwest of Seoul, connecting Oido to other parts of Korea. A commuter rail trip between this station and Seoul Station takes over an hour, and a train servicing depot is located nearby. The name of the station was decided by the surrounding area Oido island. This station, along with Jeongwang Station to the southeast, serves the Sihwa Industrial District of southwestern Siheung. Beginning in June 2012, this station also became the southeastern terminus of the Suin Line, linking the city of Siheung to southern Incheon. Suwon Station is a railway station in the city of Suwon, South Korea. The station was completely redeveloped in 2002 and 2003, and is now integrated with the Aekyung Shopping Mall (AK Plaza). Munsan Station
Munsan Station is a railway station on the Gyeongui Line. It is notable for being the closest station on the Seoul Metropolitan Subway to the border with North Korea that is open for passenger service, only a few kilometers away. Daegok Station (Goyang)
Daegok Station is a station on the Ilsan Line and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. It is located in the city of Goyang, close to Ilsan. It is mainly used as a transfer station between the two lines rather than as an actual enter-and-exit stop, as the station is located in the midst of farmland with very little local resident demand. It will host a third line for transfer in the future, as the Seohae Line will be built and brought northward in January 2023. This will allow for much faster, direct subway travel between Ilsan, Gimpo Airport, Bucheon, Siheung, and Ansan. Oksu Station
Oksu Station is a station on the Line 3 and the Gyeongui–Jungang Line. It is located near the confluence of the Han and Jungnang Rivers. The Line 3 part of Oksu Station is one of four stations on Line 3 not underground (The others are Jichuk, Wondang, and Daegok). The Yongsan-Deokso Line part was recently renovated with a glass-covered top which lets in sunlight. Because of its beautiful view of the Han River, it is often seen in movies and advertisements.
