Wanda Soto Tolentino
Wanda Milagros Soto Tolentino (born June 4) is a Puerto Rican politician serving as a member of the Senate of Puerto Rico for district VII. Life Soto was born June 4 in Humacao, Puerto Rico to Juan A. Soto Díaz and Sonia Tolentino Torres. She completed elementary and high school in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico. She earned a B.A. in business administration with a concentration in management and human resources from the University of Puerto Rico at Humacao. In 2002, she was director and accountant of the Las Piedras center for the aged. A musician, she recorded a record, "Con eterno Amor" in 2004. Her second recording, "Trayectoria" was released alongside her first book, ''Lágrimas detrás del Púlpito''. Puerto Rico Senatorial District VII, also known as the Senatorial District of Humacao, is one of the eight senatorial districts of Puerto Rico. It is currently represented by José Luis Dalmau and Miguel Laureano (from the Popular Democratic Party and New Progressive Party respectively). Hurricane Fiona was a large, powerful, and destructive Category 4 Atlantic hurricane which was the costliest and most intense tropical or post-tropical cyclone to hit Canada on record. Humacao () is a city and municipality in Puerto Rico located in the eastern coast of the island, north of Yabucoa; south of Naguabo; east of Las Piedras; and west of Vieques Passage.
