Wanda, Argentina
Wanda is a town and municipality in Misiones Province in north-eastern Argentina. It is part of Iguazú Department. The municipality based around the town is called , however, the town itself is generally called simply . In 2010, 15,529 people were registered in the entire municipality, of which 13,901 lived in the urban area; in 2001, 11,799 were registered in the urban area, which represents an increase of 18% in 10 years. It is only 55 kilometers from the Iguazu Falls, Iguazú Falls, and is an obligatory stop for tourists touring the province, visiting the precious stone mines. At present, it is the second tourist destination of choice within the province. Iguazu Falls
Iguazú Falls or Iguaçu Falls ( gn, Chororõ Yguasu , es, Cataratas del Iguazú, links=no ; pt, Cataratas do Iguaçu ) are waterfalls of the Iguazu River on the border of the Argentine province of Misiones and the Brazilian state of Paraná. National Route 12 (Argentina)
National Route 12 (RN12) is a road in Argentina, connecting the northeast section to the rest of the country. It runs through the provinces of Misiones, Corrientes, Entre Ríos and Buenos Aires. Starting south of the city of Zárate in Buenos Aires Province, and crossing the Paraná River, through the Zárate-Brazo Largo Bridge, continues to the provincial capitals of Paraná, Corrientes and Posadas, ending at the Fraternity Bridge, in the city of Puerto Iguazú, bordering with Brazil. Puerto Iguazú
Puerto Iguazú is a border city in the province of Misiones, Argentina. With a population of 82,227 (), it is the fourth largest city in the Province, after Posadas, Oberá, and Eldorado. The world-renowned Iguazú Falls are only away from the city, and as a result the city has developed much of its infrastructure around tourism. Posadas () is the capital city of the Argentine province of Misiones, in its south, at the far north-east of the country on the left bank of the Paraná River, opposite Encarnación, Paraguay.
