Walter Feghabo
Navy Commander (retired) Walter Feghabo served as the first Military Administrator of Ebonyi State in Nigeria between October 1996 and August 1998 after Ebonyi State was created from parts of Enugu State and Abia State during the military regime of General Sani Abacha. Simeon Oduoye
Simeon Olasukanmi Oduoye (13 April 1945 – 21 March 2014) was a Nigerian police officer and administrator of Niger State and Ebonyi State. He was elected senator for Osun Central in April 2007 on the People's Democratic Party (PDP) platform. Background Simeon Oduoye was born on 13 April 1945. He obtained the West African School Certificate in 1964 from Akinorum Grammar School, Ikirun. He enlisted in the Nigeria Police on 1 July 1965. John Dungs
Colonel John David Dungs ( Rtd) (3 February 1952 – 2 May 2014) served as Military Administrator of Delta State from August 1996 until August 1998 during the military regime of General Sani Abacha. He had also served as acting Military Administrator of Oyo State from 1994 to 1996. In August 1990, Lieutenant Colonel Dungs was a member of the multinational force in Liberia when a gunboat was seized, capturing 27 rebels. Dungs was a candidate to become the People's Democratic Party candidate in the 2007 governorship elections for Plateau State. Sani Abacha
Sani Abacha (20 September 1943 – 8 June 1998) was a Nigerian military officer and politician who ruled as the military head of state of Nigeria from 1993 until his death in 1998. He seized power on 17 November 1993 in the last successful coup d'etat in the military history of Nigeria. Abdulsalami Abubakar
Abdulsalami Abubakar (; born 13 June 1942) is a Nigerian statesman and retired Nigerian Army general who served as the ''de facto'' President of Nigeria from 1998 to 1999. He was also Chief of Defence Staff between 1997 and 1998. He succeeded General Sani Abacha upon his death. During his leadership, Nigeria adopted a modified version of the 1979 constitution, which provided for multiparty elections. He transferred power to president-elect Olusegun Obasanjo on 29 May 1999.
