Wake Up With Danielle Dithurbide
Danielle Dithurbide (born 1983) is a Mexican journalist who works for Televisa. She currently hosts the ''Despierta con Danielle Dithurbide'' morning program on the company's flagship Las Estrellas network, having taken over the program in 2019. Life Dithurbide was born in Mexico City and studied history at the Universidad Iberoamericana. However, her passion for journalism had started in high school, after she watched news coverage of the September 11 attacks on the United States. She then earned a diploma in radio and television from the School of Journalism and Art for Radio and Television (PART). From 2006 to 2010, she worked at TV Azteca, producing investigative reports and hosting news programs on Proyecto 40. Dithurbide joined Televisa in 2010, soon joining the network's investigative unit. Carlos Loret de Mola Álvarez (born October 17, 1976 in Mérida, Yucatán) is a Mexican journalist. 2017 Puebla Earthquake
The 2017 Puebla earthquake struck at 13:14 CDT (18:14 UTC) on 19 September 2017 with an estimated magnitude of and strong shaking for about 20 seconds. Its epicenter was about south of the city of Puebla, Mexico. The earthquake caused damage in the Mexican states of Puebla and Morelos and in the Greater Mexico City area, including the collapse of more than 40 buildings. 370 people were killed by the earthquake and related building collapses, including 228 in Mexico City, and more than 6,000 were injured. The quake coincidentally occurred on the 32nd anniversary of the 1985 Mexico City earthquake, which killed around 10,000 people. Grupo Televisa is a Mexican multimedia mass media company. A major Latin American mass media corporation, it often presents itself as the largest producer of Spanish-language content. Foro (English: "Forum"), is a broadcast news television channel owned by TelevisaUnivision. It is seen on most Mexican cable systems and full-time on two stations in Mexico, including XHTV-TDT in Mexico City, with selected programs airing on Televisa Regional and Televisa local stations. Foro is available on most Mexican cable and fiber-optic systems and the SKY Mexico satellite service, as well as on several national cable systems in the United States. Noticieros Televisa (branded as N+ after the Televisa-Univision merge) is the news division of Grupo Televisa, which produces national and local news for Televisa's TV channels and local stations across Mexico. It was headed by Leopoldo Gómez, the Vice President of News for Televisa since 1998 to 2021.
