Wagner Jorgensen
Wagner O. Jorgensen (July 31, 1913 – July 24, 1977) was an American football center who played two seasons with the Brooklyn Dodgers of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Brooklyn Dodgers in the third round of the 1936 NFL Draft. He played college football at Saint Mary's College of California and attended San Mateo High School in San Mateo, California. His brother Carl Jorgensen Carl Jorgensen is a former association football player who represented New Zealand at international level. Center or Centre (C) is a position in gridiron football. The center is the innermost Lineman (American football), lineman of the offensive line on a football team's Offense (sports), offense. The center is also the player who passes (or "Snap (gridiron football), snaps") the ball between his legs to the quarterback at the start of each Play from scrimmage, play. Brooklyn Dodgers (NFL) Players
The Brooklyn Dodgers were a Major League Baseball team founded in 1884 as a member of the American Association before joining the National League in 1890. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen.
