Wacław Łukaszewicz
Wacław Łukaszewicz (; 24 August 1927 – 16 April 2014) was a scout leader of ZHP, scoutmaster, expert of radiocommunication, and promoter of radiocommunication in Polish scouting. Biography During Nazi occupation in age of 15 he was involved in several sabotages in Railway near to Vilnius and took participation in Armia Krajowa, Home Army operations. After intervening Soviet Army onto Lithuanian Wacław Łukaszewicz was incorporated into Red Army as a sapper, whence however having been a railwayman became shortly dismissed. After liberation of the Republic of Poland he drove (as a repatriant) to Rzepin onto Recovered Territories, where he restarted jobbing for Polish Railway. In 1946 he joined to ZHP - into Bolesław I Chrobry's Scout Troop in Sulęcin. In 1976 he took Scout Leader commitment. Mońki
Mońki is a town in northeastern Poland and, as of 1999, is situated in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. From 1975 to 1998 it was part of the Białystok Voivodeship (1975–1998). It is the capital of Mońki County. History In the 16th century, Mońki was a village owned by the Mońko family. In the 19th century, when building railroad from Grodno was in progress, in the neighborhood of Mońki a train station was built. After the First World War a Catholic church was built. In the late World War II Germans destroyed the church. After the war, in 1954, the village was adopted as capital of the Mońki county. That increased development of the village and in 1965 Mońki became a city. In 1975 the county was deleted, but it returned in 1999 (1998). Symbols Mońki's coat of arms presents a lady with potatoes. New Town Market Place ( pl, Rynek Nowego Miasta) is the main square of the Warsaw New Town of Warsaw, Poland. It was formed before 1408, as the main square of the Warsaw New Town. It initially had a rectangular shape, with an area of 140 x 120 meters. In the 15th century, a wooden town hall was built in the center of the square and residential buildings were also constructed. In 1544 the square was damaged by fire, and the town hall was reconstructed in brick.
