Wachirabenchathat Park, or often spelled Vachirabenjatas Park ( th, สวนวชิรเบญจทัศ, , ), also popularly known as State Railway Public Park (, , ) is a name of public park in Chatuchak district, Bangkok, Thailand. The park borders on the Queen Sirikit Park and Chatuchak Park, and it is also the largest park of the complex, bounded by Kamphaeng Phet 3 road and Kamphaeng Phet 2 road with Soi Nikhom Rotfai Sai 1 near PTT Head Office and Ministry of Energy. It is one of the most popular parks in Bangkok. Formerly being the State Railway of Thailand (SRT)'s golf course, the plot of land was converted into a public park for recreational activities and doing exercises of the people living in the vicinity. It was established in 1992 and named after Sirikit, Queen of Thailand to celebrate her 60th birthday. It contains many fountains and pools where lotus flowers bloom. Chatuchak Park
Chatuchak Park ( th, สวนจตุจักร; ) is a public park in the southwest part of Chatuchak District, Bangkok, Thailand. It is also the name of the Chatuchak Park MRT Station that lies under the park. Its name is the origin name of Chatuchak district. Chatuchak Park is one of the oldest public parks in Bangkok. Vajiralongkorn ( th, วชิราลงกรณ; , ; born 28 July 1952) is the King of Thailand. He is the only son of King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit. The Crown Prince of Thailand (or Siam; th, สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร; ; lit. the royal son of Siam) is a title held by the heir apparent to the Thai throne. First created by King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) in 1886, for his son Prince Maha Vajirunhis, the king's eldest son by a royal wife Queen Savang Vadhana.
