WWL World Tag Team Championship
The WWL Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship in WWL. It was established as the tag team title for the promotion on July 7, 2013. History On February 24, 2018, four champion teams -La Revolución presenting WWC, Westside Mafia representing WWL, Los Fujitivos representing CWA and Smoke and Nightmare representing CWS- competed in a match where the team pinned would drop their titles to the winners. The Westside Mafia was not involved in the result, which saw the CWA titlists best their CWS counterparts. On February 2, 2019, incumbents Los Primos Meléndez became involved in another interpromotional storyline, when CWA World Tag Team Champions Los Fujitivos challenged them. La Liga Wrestling (formerly World Wrestling League or Liga Mundial de Lucha), was a wrestling promotion company based out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Founded in 2012 by businessman Richard Negrín with the cooperation of established wrestling figures such as Hugo Savinovich, the company developed a global scope, establishing alliances with over a dozen international promotions and holding shows throughout the Americas. Dorado () is a town and municipality in the northern coast of Puerto Rico, west of San Juan and is located in the northern region of the island, bordering the Atlantic Ocean, north of Toa Alta, east of Vega Alta, and west of Toa Baja. Toa Baja (, ) is a town and municipality of Puerto Rico located in the northern coast, north of Toa Alta and Bayamón; east of Dorado; and west of Cataño.
