WWF Royal Rumble (1993 Video Game)
''WWF Royal Rumble'' is a professional wrestling video game released in 1993 for the Super NES and Sega Genesis. Like its predecessor, ''WWF Super WrestleMania'', it is based on the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). It features a variety of match types, including the newly added Royal Rumble match. The game's roster consists of wrestlers who were top stars in the WWF at the time, and each version of the game has five exclusive playable characters. The game boasts several new features, including an on-screen meter grappling meter and steel chairs that can be used as weapons. ''WWF Super WrestleMania'' is a multiplatform wrestling video game based on the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), released in 1992 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and the Mega Drive/Genesis. Two other 16-bit WWF games, '' WWF Royal Rumble'' and ''WWF Raw'', were released which retained the "tug-of-war" style grappling system, where moves are performed by locking up and out-tapping the other player or the computer to execute a move. Lawrence Wendell Pfohl (born June 2, 1958), better known by the ring name Lex Luger, is an American retired professional wrestler, bodybuilder, and football player. In 2011 he began working with WWE on its wellness policy. Scott Oliver Hall (October 20, 1958 – March 14, 2022) was an American professional wrestler. Choking
Choking, also known as foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO), is a phenomenon that occurs when breathing is impeded by a blockage inside of the respiratory tract. An obstruction that prevents oxygen from entering the lungs results in oxygen deprivation. Although oxygen stored in the blood and lungs can keep a person alive for several minutes after breathing stops, choking often leads to death. Over 4,000 choking-related deaths occur in the United States every year. Deaths from choking most often occur in the very young (children under 2 years old) and in the elderly (adults over 75 years). ''WWF Raw'' is a professional wrestling video game based on the WWE Raw, television show of the same name produced by the WWE, World Wrestling Federation (WWF), released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, SNES, 32X, Sega Mega Drive, Mega Drive/Genesis, and Game Boy in late 1994 and early 1995 by Acclaim Entertainment.
