WKLM
WKLM is a commercial FM radio station in Millersburg, Ohio, United States, broadcasting at 95.3 MHz with an adult contemporary music format. Much of their broadcasts center on local news in Holmes County. They also carry all of the West Holmes Knights football games and many West Holmes and Hiland basketball games. The station is owned and operated by WKLM Radio, Inc., headed by Bruce Wallace of Coshocton, who also owns WTNS and WTNS-FM there. The station signs off at 12am, and signs back onto the air between 5am and 5:30am daily. WKLM hit the airwaves on August 15, 1988, at 5:00 a.m. The original owner was Graphic Publications, Inc., publisher of '' The Bargain Hunter'', founded by Abe and Fran Mast in 1973. The Ohio State Sports Network from Learfield is an American radio network consisting of 62 radio stations which carry coverage of Ohio State Buckeyes football and men's basketball. Co-owned WBNS () and WBNS-FM (), both licensed to Columbus, Ohio, serve as the network's 2 flagship stations. The network also includes 60 affiliates in the U.S. states of Ohio and West Virginia: 33 AM stations, 22 of which extend their signals with low-power FM translators; 26 full-power FM stations; and one HD Radio digital subchannel which supplements its signal with a low-power FM translator. Millersburg is a village and the county seat of Holmes County, Ohio, United States located south of Cleveland. The population was 3,025 at the 2010 census. Holmes County Airport, located two miles southwest of Millersburg, serves the county. History The Old Town of Millersburg was laid out by Adam Johnson and Charles Miller of Coshocton County in November 1815. It was located at the north side of the northwest quarter of Section 12, township 9, range 7 adjoining the School Lands, and very near the northwest corner of said quarter section. West Holmes High School is a public high school in Monroe Township, approximately west of Millersburg, Ohio. It holds grades 9–12. It is one of only two public high schools in Holmes County. Curriculum West Holmes High School is one of many public schools in the United States offering Advanced Placement (AP) courses from the College Board. Holmes County, Ohio
Holmes County is a county located in the U.S. state of Ohio. As of the 2020 census, the population was 44,223. Its county seat is Millersburg. The county was formed in 1824 from portions of Coshocton, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties and organized the following year. It was named after Andrew Holmes, an officer killed in the War of 1812. Holmes County, which was about 42% Amish in 2010, and 48% in 2020, has the highest concentration of Amish in the world, which draws many visitors to the county. New Philadelphia is a city in and the county seat of Tuscarawas County, Ohio, United States. The county's largest city, New Philadelphia lies along the Tuscarawas River.
