Caldwell Executive Airport (formerly Treasure Valley Executive Airport at Caldwell) is a city-owned public airport three miles (5 km) southeast of Caldwell, in Canyon County, Idaho, United States. The airport opened in 1976, replacing a smaller facility in downtown Caldwell. Most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, but Caldwell Executive Airport is assigned EUL by the FAA and has no IATA code. The Federation of Estonian Student Unions ( et, Eesti Üliõpilaskondade Liit, EÜL) is an umbrella organization currently represents over 95% of Estonian students. It was founded on 23 November 1991, shortly after Estonia regained independence. EÜL works closely together with Riigikogu (the parliament), the government, different ministries, higher education institutions and other partners. EÜL is also a leading NGO in Estonia and sometimes also represents students in schools, youth in general or just NGOs in different committees. EÜL is recognised as a partner by the Ministry of Education and Research. EÜL is a member of European Students' Union. World Health Organization's Response To The COVID-19 Pandemic
The World Health Organization (WHO) is a leading organisation involved in the global coordination for mitigating the COVID-19 pandemic within the broader United Nations response to the pandemic. On 5 January 2020, the WHO notified the world about a "pneumonia of unknown cause" in China and subsequently began investigating the disease. On 20 January, the WHO confirmed human-to-human transmission of the disease. On 30 January, the WHO declared the outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern and warned all countries. High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) is an amalgamation of two mobile protocols—High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) and High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA)—that extends and improves the performance of existing 3G mobile telecommunication networks using the WCDMA protocols. A further-improved 3GPP standard called Evolved High Speed Packet Access (also known as HSPA+) was released late in 2008, with subsequent worldwide adoption beginning in 2010. The newer standard allows bit rates to reach as high as 337 Mbit/s in the downlink and 34 Mbit/s in the uplink; however, these speeds are rarely achieved in practice. Eesti Ujumisliit is the governing body of swimming in Estonia. It is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1922 under the name of "Eesti Kerge-, Raske- ja Veespordiliit" (EKRAVE Liit). It joined FINA in 1927 and LEN in 1929. In 1934, Eesti Veespordi Liit (Estonian Watersport Union) was founded.
