The West Coast Trojans were an amateur American Football team based at Pro-Life Gym in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Paisley, Scotland. In their final season, the Trojans competed in the BAFA National Leagues, BAFANL Division 2 North. The Trojans played their home games at Meadow Park, Irvine, North Ayrshire, Irvine with previous home venues including Portland Park, Troon and Scotstoun Stadium, Glasgow. World Championship Tennis
World Championship Tennis (WCT) was a tour for professional male tennis players established in 1968 (the first players signed a contract at the end of 1967) and lasted until the emergence of the ATP Tour in 1990. A number of tennis tournaments around the world were affiliated with WCT and players were ranked in a special WCT ranking according to their results in those tournaments. The WCT had an important impact on the commercial development of tennis. It instituted a tie-breaker system and outfitted players with colored clothing, a radical idea at that time. The World Curling Tour (WCT) is a group of curling bonspiels featuring the best male, female, and mixed doubles curlers in the world. History The World Curling Tour was founded by former World Champion Ed Lukowich, with later assistance from John Kawaja. The World Curling Tour commenced in 1992, with men's events only at first. It replaced the "Canadian Curling Tour" held the previous season. The first season consisted of 48 events (with only one outside Canada), and was sponsored by Seagram's distillery.
