WCSN-LD, virtual channel 32 ( UHF digital channel 26), is a low-powered Movies!- affiliated television station licensed to Columbus, Ohio, United States. The station is owned by Louisville, Kentucky-based Word Broadcasting Network. History WCSN was launched on March 24, 2007, as the Columbus Sports Network (CSN), Central Ohio's first and only continuous all-sports television station, broadcasting events, features, highlights and news on professional, collegiate, scholastic and amateur sports teams in the area. The first-ever telecast on CSN was an Arena Football matchup between the Columbus Destroyers and the Chicago Rush; the Destroyers lost to the Rush, 55–47. While under the ownership of United Media Acquisitions and prior to ceasing local original programming, WCSN was carried on cable television systems in the market; Insight Communications had it on Channels 78 and 524, and WOW had it on channel 97. KBPX-LD, virtual channel 46 ( UHF digital channel 27), is a low-power Nuestra Visión- affiliated television station licensed to Houston, Texas, United States. The station is owned by the Word Broadcasting Network. KBPX-LD's transmitter is located near Missouri City, in unincorporated northeastern Fort Bend County. History The station began broadcasting in 1990 from One Shell Plaza on channel 33 under the call sign K33DB as a low-powered translator for Conroe-licensed KTFH (channel 49, renamed KPXB-TV in 1998), in order to improve KTFH's analog coverage in Houston since its full-power analog transmitter site was located in the far northern suburbs of Houston. The transmitter was moved to the Missouri City tower farm in 1992. The call sign was changed to KBPX-LP on April 25, 2001. The translator was shut down on June 30, 2009, two weeks after the digital transition, due to loss of access to the tower site. WBNA
WBNA (channel 21) is an independent television station in Louisville, Kentucky, United States, owned by local charismatic megachurch Evangel World Prayer Center. The station's offices are located on Fern Valley Road (just north of State Route 1747) in Okolona, and its transmitter is located off Oakcrest Drive in Shepherdsville. As such, WBNA is the only full-power television station in the Louisville market whose transmitter facilities are not based at the Kentuckiana tower farm in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. History WBNA-TV's sign-on marked the first signal on analog Channel 21 in Louisville since the demise of WKLO-TV (ABC/ DuMont) in April 1954. The station first signed on the air on April 2, 1986, as the second full-power independent station in the Louisville market. WBNA originally offered mostly local and national religious programming.
