W. B. Whitt
William Boggs Whitt (1867–1926) was an American businessman and politician. He was the former mayor of Ashland, Kentucky, who had also been a state senator. The Kentucky Senate is the upper house of the Kentucky General Assembly. The Kentucky Senate is composed of 38 members elected from single-member districts throughout the Commonwealth. Beckham County, Kentucky was a county formed by the Kentucky General Assembly on February 9, 1904. Beckham County was created in the northeastern part of the state from parts of Carter, Elliott, and Lewis counties. The county seat was Olive Hill.
