Víctor Hugo Carrillo Casanova (born 30 October 1975) is a Peruvian football referee who is a listed international referee for FIFA since 2005. Career Víctor Hugo is a referee in Peruvian Primera División, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana, 2010 FIFA World Cup, and several South American qualifiers, international friendly matches and in the Copa Perú, when he refereed a match between Los Caimanes against Universitario (Trujillo) in Chiclayo. He participated in the 2010 FIFA Club World Cup in United Arab Emirates. He served on the panel of referees who were at the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup. Los Caimanes is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Puerto Etén, Chiclayo, Lambayeque. History The club was founded on the May 22, 1957 under the name of Club Cultural y Deportivo Los Caimanes de Puerto Etén in the city of Puerto Etén, Chiclayo, Lambayeque. In the 2011 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Pacífico in the semi-finals. In 2012 they played in the 2012 Peruvian Segunda Division where they finished third. In 2013 they won the 2013 Peruvian Segunda División and were promoted to the 2014 Torneo Descentralizado.
