Český Brod
Český Brod (; german: Böhmisch Brod) is a town in Kolín District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 7,100 inhabitants. It is located east of Prague. The town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone. Administrative parts Villages of Liblice and Štolmíř are administrative parts of Český Brod. History Český Brod was probably founded in the 12th century by Prague bishop John I. In 1286, it became a town. From that time till the beginning of the 14th century, the town's name was Biskupský Brod (''Broda Episcopalis'', meaning "Bishop's ford"). In 1437, the Holy Roman Emperor Sigismund designated Český Brod a free royal town. Bohemians 1905
Bohemians Praha 1905 (previously named FC Bohemians Praha) is a Prague-based football club, which was founded in 1905 as AFK Vršovice. The club won the 1982–83 Czechoslovak First League, its only league championship. Its colours are green and white. The best known player from Bohemians' history is Antonín Panenka, who is now the club chairman. Bohemians' mascot is a kangaroo, the legacy of a 1927 tour of Australia. Following the tour, the club was awarded two live kangaroos, which they donated to the Prague Zoo. History Founded as AFK Vršovice, the club played at the top level of football in the Czechoslovak First League between 1925 and 1935. Xaverov Horní Počernice
SC Xaverov Horní Počernice is a football club based in Prague-Horní Počernice, Czech Republic. Formed in 1920 by a merger of Slavoj Horní Počernice and Slovan Horní Počernice as TJ Xaverov Horní Počernice, they played in the Czech 2. Liga until 2004 before being relegated to the Bohemian Football League (ČFL), the third tier of Czech football. They were promoted back to the 2. Liga for the 2005/2006 season after finishing first in the ČFL. The 2005/06 season saw them finish in 7th place in the 2. Liga, a safe mid-table position. However because of dire financial straits the club was forced to sell its license to play in the league to Bohemians 1905, essentially spelling an end for the club in higher competitions. FC Dragoun Břevnov was a Czech football club located in the district of Břevnov in Prague and sponsored by the company Dragoun. The club was founded in 1906. The club won Divize A in the Czech Fourth Division in the 2002–03 season. It went on to play in the Bohemian Football League, finishing in third place in the 2003–04 season. This was despite being bottom of the league after having played 20 of its 34 games that season. Between the 2001–02 and 2005–06 seasons, the club took part in the Czech Cup.
