Voronezh Constituency
The Voronezh constituency (No.87) is a Russian legislative constituency in Voronezh Oblast. The constituency covers eastern half of Voronezh and its surroundings, however, in 2016 the district was altered and stretched south to Liski. Arkady Ponomaryov
Arkady Nikolaevich Ponomarev (russian: Аркадий Николаевич Пономарёв; born 16 May 1956, in Voronezh) is a Russian political figure, entrepreneur, and a deputy of the 8th State Duma. In 2009, he was granted a Doctor of Sciences in Technical Sciences degree After graduating from the university, Ponomarev started working at construction sites in Tver Oblast. From 1984 to 1987, he was the chief engineer of the Rossosh Dairy Plant. He left the position to become the chief engineer and the head of the dairy plant Voronezhsky. In 2005, based on the Voronezhsky dairy plant, Ponomarev founded the company Molvest which manufactures popular dairy products. On 14 March 2010 Ponomarev was elected deputy of the Voronezh Oblast Duma. In 2013, he became deputy of the 6th State Duma. Sergey Chizhov
Sergey Viktorovich Chizhov (russian: Сергей Викторович Чижов; born March 16, 1964, Moscow) is a Russian political figure and a deputy of the 4th State Duma, 4th, 5th State Duma, 5th, 6th State Duma, 6th, 7th State Duma, 7th, and 8th State Duma, 8th State Dumas. Political career Chizhov started his political career in 1997 when he first ran in the local elections of the Voronezh City Council. From 2001 to 2003, he was a deputy of the Voronezh Oblast Duma. From 2003 to 2015, Chizhov was a prominent member of the Federal Assembly (Russia), Federal Assembly in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
