Vlatko Stojanovski
Vlatko Stojanovski ( mk, Влатко Стојановски; born 23 April 1997) is a Macedonian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Bulgarian First League club Septemvri Sofia and the North Macedonia national team. Club career A youth academy graduate of Metalurg Skopje, Stojanovski made his professional debut on 29 October 2014 in a 2–1 loss against Shkëndija. On 29 August 2015, he scored his first professional goal in a 2–1 loss against Mladost CD. Stojanovski scored four goals in Renova's 9–1 league win against Pobeda on 4 May 2019. He finished 2018–19 season as the top scorer in Macedonian top division. On 3 July 2019, French Ligue 1 club Nîmes Olympique announced the signing of Stojanovski on a three-year deal. Delčevo
Delčevo ( mk, Делчево ) is a small town in the eastern mountainous part of North Macedonia. It is the municipal seat of the eponymous municipality. A festival in celebration of revolutionary leader Goce Delčev) is held every year on August 2nd. History Delchevo, according to a legend in Byzantine times, was called Vasilevo, as a Greek variant of the Slavonic Tsarevo. FK Pobeda
FK Pobeda ( mk, ФК Победа) is a football club based in the city of Prilep, North Macedonia. History The club was founded in 1941 as Goce Delčev and renamed in 1950 to FK Pobeda. FK Pobeda has been a winner of Macedonian First League for two times (eight times as Republic League in Yugoslavia), and Macedonian Football Cup for one time (eight times as Republic Cup in Yugoslavia). Their first great period was the 1950s, when they won the Republic Cup for the first time in 1951. One year later Pobeda won its first championship title in 1952 and in 1954 the second one. They waited for 4 years for their next trophy they won the Republic Cup for the second time in 1958. Next year 1959 they became champions of SR Macedonia again. 2020–21 UEFA Nations League C
The 2020–21 UEFA Nations League C was the third division of the 2020–21 edition of the UEFA Nations League, the second season of the international football competition involving the men's national teams of the 55 member associations of UEFA. Format Following a format change from the first season, League C was expanded from 15 to 16 teams. The league consisted of UEFA members ranked from 33–48 in the 2018–19 UEFA Nations League overall ranking, split into four groups of four. Each team played six matches within their group, using the home-and-away round-robin format on double matchdays in September, October and November 2020. The winners of each group were promoted to the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League B, and the fourth-placed team of each group advanced to the relegation play-outs. Skopje
Skopje ( , , ; mk, Скопје ; sq, Shkup) is the capital and largest city of North Macedonia. It is the country's political, cultural, economic, and academic centre. The territory of Skopje has been inhabited since at least 4000 BC; remains of Neolithic settlements have been found within the old Kale Fortress that overlooks the modern city centre. Toše Proeski National Arena ( mk, Национална арена "Тоше Проески") is a sports stadium in Skopje, North Macedonia. It is currently used mostly for football matches, but sometimes also for music concerts or athletics. UEFA Euro 2020 Qualifying Group G
Group G of UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying was one of the ten groups to decide which teams would qualify for the UEFA Euro 2020 finals tournament. Group G consisted of six teams: Austria, Israel, Latvia, North Macedonia, Poland and Slovenia, where they played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The top two teams, Poland and Austria, qualified directly for the finals. Ernst Happel Stadium
Ernst-Happel-Stadion (), known as Praterstadion until 1992, sometimes also called Wiener-Stadion, is a football stadium in Leopoldstadt, the 2nd district of Austria's capital Vienna. UEFA Euro 2020 Qualifying
The UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying tournament was a football competition that was played from March 2019 to November 2020 to determine the 24 UEFA member men's national teams that advanced to the UEFA Euro 2020 final tournament, played across Europe in June and July 2021. The competition was linked with the 2018–19 UEFA Nations League, giving countries a secondary route to qualify for the final tournament. For the first time since 1976, no team automatically qualified for the UEFA European Championship as the host country.
