Vive Kielce
KS Vive Handball Kielce SA, officially known for sponsorship reasons as Łomża Industria Kielce, is a professional men's handball club based in Kielce in southeastern Poland, founded in 1965 under the name Iskra Kielce. The club plays in the Polish Superliga and is a regular competitor of the EHF Champions League. The most successful Polish handball club based on the number of the league titles (19). Since 1984, the club has been playing at the highest level league of Polish handball, winning its first title in 1993 (they finished the season with 44 points, 5 points more than one of their greatest contestants – Wisła Płock). In 2019, it has become the most successful handball club in Poland, winning its 16th title and therefore beating the previous record holder, Śląsk Wrocław. 2019–20 Superliga (men's Handball)
The 2019–20 Superliga was the 64th season of the Polish Superliga, the top men's handball league in Poland. A total of fourteen teams contested this season's league, which began on 30 August 2019, and was prematurely ended due to the 2020 coronavirus outbreak. On 23 March 2020, the governing body of the competition decided to end the season, and declare PGE Vive Kielce the winners, as the first placed team in the regular season standings. The team from Kielce won their 17th title of the Polish Champions. Format The competition format for the 2019–20 season consists of 14 teams each playing a total of 26 matches, half at home and half away, with the first placed team in the standings earning the Polish Championship. The last placed team is directly relegated to the 1st league, and the penultimate team in the standings play relegation playoffs with the willing team from the 1st league. ‌The 2022 IHF Men's Super Globe was the 16th edition of the yearly club world championship in handball, held from 18 to 23 October 2022 in Dammam, Saudi Arabia under the aegis of the International Handball Federation (IHF). It was the third time in history that the event was organised by the Saudi Arabian Handball Federation. SC Magdeburg defeated Barcelona in the final to defend their title. The 2018–19 EHF Champions League was the 59th edition of Europe's premier club handball tournament and the 26th edition under the current EHF Champions League format.
