Visionair (album)
''Visionair'' is the debut album of Japanese hip-hop MC Verbal, from the group M-Flo. It was released on March 16, 2011, one and a half years after M-Flo's 10th anniversary greatest hits album, '' MF10: 10th Anniversary Best''. Due to the effects of the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami which occurred five days beforehand, promotions for the album were cancelled, including a music video for the song "Black Out." Background M-Flo released their last studio album of their ''Loves…'' artist collaboration era, '' Cosmicolor'' in 2007, followed by two compilation albums, '' Award Supernova: Loves Best'' (2008) and ''MF10: 10th Anniversary Best'' (2009). In 2009, an M-Flo tribute album was released, '' Tribute: Maison de M-Flo'', which featured songs from new artists who had not been featured on a ''loves'' album. Verbal (rapper)
Verbal (born August 21, 1975) is a Japanese rapper, music video director and record producer who debuted in 1998 as a member of the hip hop group M-Flo. He is a third generation Zainichi Korean and a notable representative of Zainichi Korean music in Japan. M-Flo's hits in the early 2000s, such as "How You Like Me Now?" and "Come Again" led to Verbal rapping and producing a wide range of acts in Japan such as Crystal Kay, BoA, Kumi Koda and Namie Amuro. Verbal considers his role in m-flo as a "host" than a rapper or producer, though their success and critical acclaim established them as an iconic and influential hip hop production team throughout Asia Verbal is also a member of other hip hop groups such as Mic Banditz and Teriyaki Boyz and has worked with Kanye West, Pharrell and Kylie Minogue amongst many others. is a Japanese artist, record producer, and DJ. Born in Yokohama, Japan, Towa debuted as a member of Deee-Lite, from the US label Elektra Records in 1990 and shot to fame via their international hit single, "Groove Is In the Heart". He made his solo debut with the album ''Future Listening!'' in 1994. He has since relocated back from New York to rural Nagano prefecture in Japan. Towa's second studio album, ''Sound Museum'' (1997), became his highest charting effort at number 17 on the ''Oricon'' charts. Teriyaki Boyz are a Japanese hip hop group from Yokohama, Japan. History The group consists of Keisuke Ogihara, Ilmari and Ryo-Z from Rip Slyme, Verbal (rapper), Verbal from M-Flo, rapper Wise (rapper), Wise and Nigo, the DJ and founder of the popular Japanese streetwear brand A Bathing Ape. Kasseem Daoud Dean (born September 13, 1978), known professionally as Swizz Beatz, is an American record producer, rapper, disc jockey (DJ) and songwriter.
