Vincent E. Boles
Vincent E. Boles (born December 31, 1954) is a retired major general in the United States Army and served as the 33rd Chief of Ordnance and Commandant of the U.S. Army Ordnance School at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. Military education Boles was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Ordnance Corps in 1976 upon graduation from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He has also earned a Master in Business Administration degree from Babson College, Massachusetts. His military education includes Ordnance Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, United States Army Organizational Effectiveness Course, United States Army Command and General Staff College, and United States Army War College. Camp Arifjan is a United States Army installation in Kuwait which accommodates elements of the United States Air Force, US Air Force, United States Navy, US Navy, United States Marine Corps, US Marine Corps and United States Coast Guard, US Coast Guard. The camp is funded and was built by the government of Kuwait. Military personnel from the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Romania and Poland are also forward-deployed there.
