Victor Ramdin
Annand Mahendra "Victor" Ramdin (born May 28, 1968 in Georgetown, Guyana) is a professional poker player with 19 money finishes and the winner of a World Poker Tour (WPT) Championship. He is based in The Bronx, New York and is a member of Team PokerStars. Poker career Ramdin took up poker in 2002 after watching the game played in a bar and was later mentored by professional Phil Ivey. In 2003, one year later, he finished in the money of a World Series of Poker (WSOP) event for the first time in the $2,000 pot limit Texas hold 'em event. He also cashed in the $10,000 no limit hold 'em main event that year, finishing 29th. Later in the year, he finished 3rd at the Showdown at the Sands event won by John Myung. Ramdin finished highly in the main event of the 2004 United States Poker Championship. The United States Poker Championship (USPC) was a major annual stop on the poker tournament tour. This event was held at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Joseph Cada (born November 18, 1987) is an American professional poker player from Shelby Charter Township, Michigan, best known as the winner of the Main Event at the 2009 World Series of Poker (WSOP). By winning the 6,494-entrant Main Event at the age of 21, Cada surpassed Peter Eastgate as the youngest champion ever. Cada had two previous WSOP in the money finishes, both in 2009. The 2008 World Series of Poker was the 39th annual World Series of Poker (WSOP). Held in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino, the series began on May 30th, 2008, and featured 55 poker championships in several variants. Barry Greenstein
Barry Greenstein (born December 30, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois) is an American professional poker player. He has won a number of major events, including three at the World Series of Poker and two on the World Poker Tour. Greenstein donates his profit from tournament winnings to charities, primarily Children Incorporated, earning him the nickname "the Robin Hood of poker". He was elected into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2011. Personal life After graduating from Bogan High School, he earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He studied for a PhD in mathematics without ever defending his completed dissertation.
