Victon
Victon ( ko, 빅톤; stylized as VICTON, an acronym for Voice to New World) is a South Korean boy group formed in 2016 by IST Entertainment. The group is composed of six members: Han Seung-woo, Kang Seung-sik, Lim Se-jun, Do Han-se, Choi Byung-chan and Jung Su-bin. They debuted on November 9, 2016, with their extended play ''Voice to New World''. Originally a septet, Heo Chan left the group on October 11, 2022. History Pre-debut Members Chan, Seungwoo, Seungsik and Byungchan joined A Cube Entertainment in 2014 and were among the company's first batch of male trainees. Hanse and Sejun joined a year later, followed by last-minute addition, former Cube Entertainment trainee Subin. Han Seung-woo (singer)
Han Seung-woo ( ko, 한승우, born December 24, 1994), known mononymously as Seungwoo, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, rapper, dancer and actor. He debuted as a member of South Korean group Victon in 2016. In 2019, he finished third on ''Produce X 101'' and became a member of X1. He debuted as a solo artist in August 2020 with the extended play '' Fame''. Career Early life Han was born on December 24, 1994, in Busan, South Korea. He is the youngest of three children, with two older sisters, the eldest being the singer and actress Han Sun-hwa. In 2010 he appeared on television when he visited his sister in ''Invincible Youth''. He never considered entering the entertainment industry and was an avid athlete throughout elementary and middle school, until an injury forced him to quit. Choi Byung-chan
Choi Byung-chan ( ko, 최병찬, born November 12, 1997), also known as Byungchan, is a South Korean singer and actor. He debuted as a member of South Korean group Victon in 2016. In 2020, he made his acting debut in the drama '' Live On''. Career 2016–2018: Debut with Victon Choi joined A Cube Entertainment (which became Plan A in 2015 and then IST Entertainment in 2022) as a trainee in 2014 and was among the company's earliest batch of male trainees alongside Victon members Heo Chan, Han Seung-woo and Kang Seung-sik. Do Han-se ( ko, 도한세, born September 25, 1997), also known mononymously as Hanse, is a South Korean rapper, singer and songwriter. He debuted as a member of South Korean group Victon in 2016. He debuted with his solo album ''Blaze'' on September 25, 2021. Career 2016–present: Debut with Victon Do joined Plan A Entertainment as a trainee in 2016, and later that year was announced as a member of their new boy group, initially referred to as "Plan A Boys". He participated in their pre-debut show ''Me and 7 Men'', before he debuted in Plan A's new group, officially named Victon in November 2016. It was released on August 23, 2017 with the lead single "Unbelievable" by Plan A Entertainment and distributed by Kakao Entertainment. Background and release The EP contains five songs, including the lead single "Unbelievable", released on August 23, 2017. Victon began promotions for the album with a showcase on August 23 and their performance on M Countdown on August 24. ''Produce X 101'' () is a 2019 South Korean boy group survival reality show on Mnet and the fourth season of the ''Produce 101'' franchise. The public, referred to as "national producers", "produces" a boy band by choosing 11 members among the 101 trainees from 47 different entertainment companies and independent trainees through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds. KCON (music Festival)
KCON is an annual convention held in locations across the world, created by Koreaboo and organized by CJ E&M. It was first held in Southern California in 2012 and has since expanded to ten countries as of 2022. In 2015, KCON expanded to Japan and then quickly announced the first KCON USA on the East Coast. In 2016, KCON expanded into Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and Paris, France. Huh Gak
Huh Gak (; born November 15, 1984) is a South Korean singer. He rose to fame after winning the 2010 Mnet talent competition series ''Superstar K 2,'' during which he became known as "the Korean Paul Potts." Early life and education Huh Gak was born in Incheon, South Korea on November 15, 1984. His parents divorced when he was three years old, and he and his twin brother, Huh Gong, were raised by their father.
