Vicente "Vic" Dupa Danao Jr. (born August 10, 1967) is a Filipino law enforcement officer and current Commander of Area Police Command in Western Mindanao. Danao has been with the Philippine National Police for over 29 years and has served as Officer in Charge of the Philippine National Police from May to August 2022, Deputy Chief for Operations, Chief of the National Capital Region Police Office from 2020 until 2022, deputy director for operations of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, as task force commander under the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs, and as chief of police in two cities and two regions. Bayombong
Bayombong, officially the Municipality of Bayombong ( gad, Ili na Bayombong; ilo, Ili ti Bayombong; tl, Bayan ng Bayombong), is a 1st class municipality and capital of the province of Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 67,714 people. Bayombong is the seat of the Provincial Capitol of Nueva Vizcaya. The name Bayombong emanated from the Gaddang word “''Bayongyong''” which means the confluence of two or more rivers. The Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD) is an inter-governmental forum in the Philippines responsible for ensuring government agencies in implementing and complying with all policies pertaining to the anti-illegal drug campaign. The agency was formed by ''Executive Order No. 5'', signed by President Rodrigo Duterte on March 6, 2017.
