Varabhalam
''Varaphalam'' () is a 1994 Indian Malayalam-language comedy-drama film directed by Thaha and written by B. Jayachandran, starring Sreenivasan and Mukesh in the lead roles. Plot The story is about Thilakan and his two sons, one of them blind, Unni (Sreenivasan), and the other one deaf, Balan (Mukesh).The story takes a turn when the sons marry and their in-laws try to steal the family money. Krishnankutty (Jagathy) is a clever but honest caretaker for the deaf and blind siblings, who is constantly at odds with their in-laws. Being astute he senses the actual intentions of the in laws and warns the brothers. His run-ins with the in-laws give some genuine comic moments. Mala Aravindan (15 January 1939 – 28 January 2015) was an Indian actor. He was best known for his work as a comedian and character artist in Malayalam films. He has acted in over 500 films. Early life He was born in Vadavucode, Ernakulam district of Kerala, Kerala state as the eldest son of Thanattu Ayyappan and Ponnamma. His father was an Excise department employee and his mother, a school music teacher. Soudamini, late Ramanathan (died in 2004) and Prakashan are his siblings. A. C. Zainuddin (12 May 1952 – 4 November 1999) was an Indian actor, assistant director and comedian, who worked in Malayalam cinema. Career He started his career as a mimicry artist in Cochin Kalabhavan. He was expert in imitating actor Madhu, Weblokam profile especially his mannerisms as Pareekkutty in ''Chemmeen''. He first appeared in films like ''Chappa'' directed by P. A. Bakkar. He then went on to act in over 150 films in a span of 13 years from 1986 to 1999. Vadakkekarayil Koran Bharathan (16 January 1929- 19 August 2015), better known as Paravoor Bharatan was an Indian actor who acted in Malayalam films. He started his career in movies during the 1950s.
