Vítor Tiago De Freitas Fernandes
Vítor Tiago de Freitas Fernandes (born 11 February 1986), commonly known as Vitinha, is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a left back for Romanian club Metalurgistul Cugir. He spent his entire professional career in Romania and Bulgaria, mainly at the service of Ludogorets in the latter case. Club career Born in São Torcato, Guimarães, Vitinha only played lower league football in his homeland. In January 2007 he signed with Romanian club CFR Cluj, and in the ensuing summer he started a series of loans in the latter country, representing in quick succession CS Otopeni (two spells), FC Unirea Alba Iulia and CS Concordia Chiajna; he appeared for all the teams in Liga I, scoring two goals in a combined 44 matches. In the 2012 winter transfer window, Vitinha joined PFC Ludogorets Razgrad in the First Professional Football League (Bulgaria). Liga I
The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. The Liga I was established in 1909 and commenced play for the 1909–10 campaign, being currently on the 29th place in UEFA's league coefficient ranking list. Achilles Tendon Rupture
Achilles tendon rupture is when the Achilles tendon, at the back of the ankle, breaks. Symptoms include the sudden onset of sharp pain in the heel. A snapping sound may be heard as the tendon breaks and walking becomes difficult. Rupture typically occurs as a result of a sudden bending up of the foot when the calf muscle is engaged, direct trauma, or long-standing tendonitis. Other risk factors include the use of fluoroquinolones, a significant change in exercise, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, or corticosteroid use. Diagnosis is typically based on symptoms and examination and supported by medical imaging. Prevention may include stretching before activity and gradual progression of exercise intensity. Treatment may consist of surgical repair or conservative management. Quick return to weight bearing (within 4 weeks) appears okay and is often recommended. Yordan Minev (Bulgarian Cyrillic: Йордан Минев; born 14 October 1980) is a Bulgarian retired professional footballer and currently manager of CSKA 1948 III. The 2011–12 A Group was the 88th season of the Bulgarian national top football division, and the 64th of A Group as the top tier football league in the country. The season began on 6 August 2011 and ended on 23 May 2012. Ludogorets Razgrad claimed their maiden title in their debut season, after winning the last round clash against CSKA, which were leading by 2 points prior to the match. Vidima-Rakovski, Kaliakra and Svetkavitsa were relegated, after finishing at the bottom three places. Beroe ( bg, Берое) is a Bulgarian professional association football club based in Stara Zagora, that competes in the First League, the top division of the Bulgarian football league system. The club was founded in 1916 under the name ''Vereya''. The club's colours are green and white.
