Mirko Vučinić (, ; born 1 October 1983) is a Montenegrin former professional footballer who played as a forward. Having caught the attention of Pantaleo Corvino, the sporting director of the Italian club Lecce, he transferred there in the summer of 2000. He played for Lecce as they moved between Serie A and B. His highest-scoring season was 2004–05, with 19 goals in 28 games in Serie A. In 2006, he joined Roma, where he won the Coppa Italia twice; he later moved on to Juventus in 2011, where he won three consecutive Serie A titles. In July 2014, he moved to Al Jazira on an undisclosed fee. On the international stage, Vučinić played for the Serbia and Montenegro under-21 team. Milutin Vučinić ( sr-cyrl, Милутин Вучинић; 12 April 1869 in Gornji Rogami, Piperi, Montenegro – 14 September 1922 in Rome, Italy) was a Montenegrin soldier and politician. Biography Vučinić was the son of brigadier Mijajlo Nišin Vučinić and Marica Vučinić (née Marković). He graduated from a military academy in Italy. During the First Balkan War, he commanded the Spuž brigade. On 4/17 February 1919, Milutin Vučinić was appointed as Minister of the Military of the Government of the Kingdom of Montenegro in Exile, a position which he held until his death. On 15 June 1921, he was also named Minister of Finance of the Government in Exile, a position which he held until September 1922. Nenad Vučinić ( sr-cyr, Ненад Вучинић; born 7 April 1965) is a Serbian-New Zealand basketball coach and former player. Alexander S. Vucinich (October 23, 1914 – May 25, 2002) was an American historian. He taught at the department of history and sociology of science at the University of Pennsylvania from 1976 until his retirement in 1985. He also taught at San Jose State College (1950–64), the University of Illinois (1964–70), and the University of Texas (1970–76).
