Volodymyr Mykytin
Volodymyr Bohdanovych Mykytin ( uk, Володимир Богданович Микитін; born 28 April 1970) is a Ukrainian professional football coach and a former player. He is the current manager of Metalurh Zaporizhzhia since August 2020. Club career Mykytin started to play football at a local sports school in Krasnyi Luch in 1979, later he played for the Voroshylovhrad boarding school of sports specialization (Shkola Internat Sportifnogo Profilia). He made his professional debut at age 17 playing in the 1987 Soviet Second League for FC Stakhanovets Stakhanov. In 1989–1990 Mykytin also played for the Second League team of the Odessa Military District SKA Odessa. His debut at continental club competitions Mykytin made for Shakhtar Donetsk when on 10 August 1999 he came out on substitution in home game against the Macedonian side Sileks Kratovo during the 1999–2000 UEFA Cup. Sports School
A sports school (russian: Детско-Юношеская Спортивная Школа, ДЮСШ) is a type of educational institution for children that originated in the Soviet Union. Sports schools were the basis of the powerful system of physical culture (fitness) and sports education in the USSR and the Eastern Bloc, particularly East Germany. The main features of this system remain in the system of sports education in Russia and other post-Soviet states, and also became the basis of similar systems in other countries, one of the most powerful ones at the present time being that of the People's Republic of China. The Russian Cup () is a association football, football competition held annually by the Football Union of Russia for professional and some amateur (only after a special permission and licensing by Russian Football Union) football clubs. The winner of the competition ordinarily got a spot in the UEFA Europa League group stage. 1999–2000 UEFA Cup
The 1999–2000 UEFA Cup season was the 29th edition of the UEFA Cup competition. The final took place at Parken Stadium in Copenhagen and was won by Galatasaray, who defeated Arsenal in the final. The game was scoreless through the first ninety minutes and stayed that way through thirty minutes of extra time. The match went on to penalty kicks in which Gheorghe Popescu scored the winning goal to win the cup. Galatasaray won the cup without losing a single game. FK Sileks ( mk, ФК Силекс) is a football club based in Kratovo, North Macedonia who play in the Macedonian First League. History The club was founded in 1965. Sileks biggest accomplishment in 90s came in the Yugoslav Cup where they reached the quarter-final. SC Odesa is a former Ukrainian football team that appeared in 1992 following the reorganization of the Soviet SKA Odesa. The new city municipal team was located in Odesa, Ukraine and previously at one point was part of the Soviet Army sport system.
