Vojvodina Front (Serbia)
Vojvodina Front ( sr, Војвођански фронт, Vojvođanski front, abbr. VF) was a parliamentary group in the Assembly of Vojvodina. It was chaired by Saša Šućurović while Aleksandar Odžić served as deputy chairman. Formed as a political coalition in 2019 between League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina, Vojvodina's Party, and Democratic Alliance of Croats in Vojvodina (DSHV), VF later became a member of the nation-wide United Democratic Serbia coalition that also included parties like Serbia 21, Civic Democratic Forum, and Party of Modern Serbia. In the parliamentary election, VF failed to cross the 3 percent electoral threshold, losing all of its seats in the National Assembly of Serbia, however, it won 6 seats in the provincial election. Saša Šućurović
Saša Šućurović ( sr-cyr, Саша Шућуровић; born 1968) is a politician in Serbia. He was mayor of Novi Bečej, Vojvodina, from 2012 to 2016 and has served in the Assembly of Vojvodina since November 2016 as a member of the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina (LSV). Electoral Threshold
The electoral threshold, or election threshold, is the minimum share of the primary vote that a candidate or political party requires to achieve before they become entitled to representation or additional seats in a legislature. The Serbian Progressive Party ( sr-cyrl, Српска напредна странка, Srpska napredna stranka, SNS) has been the ruling political party of Serbia since 2012. 2023 Vojvodina Provincial Election
Provincial elections were held in Vojvodina on 17 December 2023 to elect members of the Assembly of Vojvodina. Initially scheduled to be held by 30 June 2024, the possibility of calling a snap election was discussed in 2023. The Assembly dissolved itself on 16 November 2023, setting the election date for 17 December. Together for Vojvodina ( sr-cyrl, Заједно за Војводину, Zajedno za Vojvodinu, abbr. ZZV) is a political party in Serbia, representing the Rusyn minority in Vojvodina.
