Voice Of The Nation (Armenia)
Voice of the Nation ( hy, Ազգի ձայն, translit=Azgi dzayn) is an Armenian political party. History The party held its founding congress on 21 April 2021 and it is led by singer Mher Mesropyan. The party does not have any political representation within the National Assembly and currently acts as an extra-parliamentary force. Mher Mesropyan held a meeting with Hayk Babukhanyan, leader of the Towards Russia Party. The leaders discussed possible cooperation between the two parties. Representatives from the Constitutional Rights Union and the National Unity Party were also present. All four parties called for greater integration between Armenia and Russia, while also supporting closer ties between Artsakh and Russia. On 13 April 2021, the Voice of the Nation Party, the Towards Russia Party, and the Constitutional Rights Union officially announced a political alliance between them, named "New Union". Russophilia (literally love of Russia or Russians) is admiration and fondness of Russia (including the era of the Soviet Union and/or the Russian Empire), Russian history and Russian culture. The 2020–2021 Belarusian protests were a series of mass political demonstrations and protests against the Belarusian government and President Alexander Lukashenko. The largest anti-government protests in the history of Belarus, the demonstrations began in the lead-up to and during the 2020 presidential election, in which Lukashenko sought his sixth term in office. In response to the demonstrations, a number of relatively small pro-government rallies were held. 2018 Armenian Revolution
The 2018 Armenian Revolution, most commonly known in Armenia as #MerzhirSerzhin ( hy, ՄերժիրՍերժին, meaning "#RejectSerzh"), was a series of anti-government protests in Armenia from April to May 2018 staged by various political and civil groups led by a member of the Armenian parliament — Nikol Pashinyan (head of the Civil Contract party). Protests and marches took place initially in response to Serzh Sargsyan's third consecutive term as the most powerful figure in the government of Armenia and later against the Republican Party-controlled government in general. Globalism
Globalism refers to various patterns of meaning beyond the merely international. My Step Alliance
The My Step Alliance ( hy, Իմ Քայլը դաշինք, Im Kaylə Dashink', IKD) was a political alliance in Armenia formed by the Civil Contract party, the Mission Party and various independent representatives of civil society. It was formed in August 2018, before the 2018 Yerevan City Council election. The leader of the alliance was the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan. Despite its dissolution as a national party, the My Step Alliance still operates in the Yerevan City Council.
