Vlassis Bonatsos
Vlassis Bonatsos ( gr, Βλάσσης Μπονάτσος) (30 November 1949 – 14 October 2004) was a popular Greek entertainer and singer. Biography His father was a judicial officer and his mother was a piano teacher. Vlassis started his music career by creating a group named "PELOMA BOKIOU" ("ΠΕΛΟΜΑ ΜΠΟΚΙΟΥ") in the early 1970s. The band members came up with the name after combining syllables of their last names: DaPEris, LOgothetis, MArinakis, BOnatsos and KIOUrktsoglou. In the early 1980s he costarred in the legendary theatrical play " Evita" starring Aliki Vougiouklaki (Αλίκη Βουγιουκλάκη) and him as Che. He maintained a relationship with Vougiouklaki for several years. Then he took up acting and starred in Greek movies, but his fame reached its peak in the 1990s when he started participating in popular TV series such as "Aparadektoi" (1991). Xylokastro
Xylokastro ( el, Ξυλόκαστρο) is a seaside town or village and a former municipality in Corinthia in the Peloponnese, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Xylokastro-Evrostina, of which it is a unit or component. The municipal unit has an area of 310.252 km2. In 2011 its population was 5,715 for the town and 13,277 for the municipal unit. Geographic features include a long 2 km beach and semi-arid forest on varied terrain, scattered with early churches and evidence of early settlements and religious sites. It has narrowly separated upper and lower coastal roads and forms a medium-sized touristic village on the Gulf of Corinth. MEGA Channel, also known as MEGA TV or just MEGA, is a television network in Greece, that broadcasts a mix of foreign and Greek programming. It is the first and the oldest private television network in Greece. History Mega Channel (1989–2018) Mega is the first private television station to launch in Greece on 20 November 1989 and was the trade name of Teletypos S.A. (Τηλέτυπος A.E.) The channel regularly achieved the top ratings spot in Greece through its varied programming including comedies, dramas, news, current affairs and entertainment shows. Ekeines Kai Ego
Ekeines kai Ego (Greek: Εκείνες και Εγώ) was a Greek television sitcom starring Yannis Bezos and Tasos Kostis. It is written by Bezos and Andreas Morfonios and directed by Morfonios. The series aired 1996, and lasted two seasons. It is one of Bezos' most popular sitcoms. Title The title means "Those and me". "Those" refers to the women surrounding the series' main character, a hopeless womanizer. It was based on Costas Pretederis' earlier hit series ''Ekeines kai Ego'' (1996), and featured Lambros Konstantaras in the role of Lambros Donganos, Antonis Yakovakis as his friend Dimitris Marikos and Rena Voutsina as Debora. The original series was directed by Dimitris Nikolaidis. Pretederis was also the writer for the 1996 version.
