Vladimir Mukhanov
Vladimir Vasilyevich Mukhanov (; born 20 April 1954) is a Russian football coach and a former player. Career He played 37 games in Soviet Top League and scored 6 goals. He started his managerial career in 1992 and managed several Russian First Division teams until 2003, when he came in charge of Kazakhstan Premier League side Tobol. Later he won Kazakhstan Cup with Zhenis in 2005, and the league in 2007 with Aktobe. The year 2008 was the most successful season for him, when his team won all three home trophies: League, Cup and Supercup. On 17 May 2017, Mukhanov resigned as manager of Okzhetpes. Ramenskoye, Moscow Oblast
Ramenskoye (, ) is a town and the administrative center of Ramensky District in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located southeast of Moscow. FC Jenis () is a Kazakh professional football club based at the K. Munaitpasov Stadium in Astana. Founding members of the Kazakhstan Premier League, they were relegated to First Division for the first time in 2009 after being declared bankrupt. Russian First Division
The Russian First League (, Pervaya liga), formerly called Russian First Division () and Russian Football National League (FNL) () is the second level of the Russian football league system. The Russian Professional Football League (PFL) used to run the division. Since 2011, it has been managed by the Football National League. The league consists of 18 clubs. After each season the two top clubs are promoted to the Premier League, and the bottom three clubs are relegated to the Second League. Soviet Top League
The Soviet Top League, known after 1970 as the Higher League (), served as the top division (tier) of Soviet Union football from 1936 until 1991. The league's name was a conditional designation used for brevity since being completely owned and governed by the All-Union Committee of Physical Culture (an institution of the Council of People's Commissars of the Soviet Union). The winner of the competition was awarded the All-Union Committee banner.
