Visjon Norge
Visjon Norge (or TV Visjon Norge) is a Norwegian Christian television station, which was launched in 2003 as the first Scandinavian Christian television channel to air 24 hours a day. It can be reached throughout Scandinavia by satellite. The founder and executive editor of the channel is Jan Hanvold. A sister channel based in Sweden, TV Vision Norden was launched in 2015. Organization TV Visjon Norge has 75 employees, in addition to a number of volunteers. The television department of the organisation has 30 employees. 46% of the channel's programming is produced by its "broadcasting partners", and the remainder by the channel itself. Visjon Norge also does aid work in Eastern Europe and Africa, and has aired programs about its work in Moldova. In addition it operates two radio stations, and has a monthly magazine with 17,000 subscribers (2011). The organisation has its headquarters in Drammen. Drammen () is a city and municipality in Viken (county), Viken, Norway. The port and river city of Drammen is centrally located in the south-eastern and most populated part of Norway. Hanne Nabintu Herland
Hanne Stine Nabintu Herland (born 1966) is a Norwegian author, who hosts a website and Youtube channel both named the Herland Report. She has a master's degree in history of religions from the University of Oslo. Herland identifies with social conservatism and states that she opposes political correctness. Among Herland's books are ''Alarm! Tanker om en kultur i krise'' (2010), ''Respekt'' (2012), ''The Culture War. NRK2
NRK2 (NRK To) is one of the TV channels of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK). It was launched on 1 September 1996. History The channel started its regular broadcasts on 1 September 1996, but the evening before, a live simulcast, led by Trond-Viggo Torgersen, was broadcast on both NRK1 and NRK2. Sunday 1 September was the first regular broadcast day, and around 880,000 people watched the channel during the first evening. From the start, the channel was to be youth-oriented and had people between the ages of 15 and 35 as its main target group. For the first eleven years, before the channel changed its profile, culture, entertainment and music programs were mainly broadcast. Ulf Ekman
Ulf Ekman (born 8 December 1950) is a former charismatic pastor and the founder of the Livets Ord (Word of Life) organization in Sweden, which brought the Word of Faith movement to that country. Ekman is now a Catholic. Ekman is married to Birgitta Ekman and has 4 sons, Aron, Jonathan, Samuel and Benjamin. Ministry In his youth, Ekman was a left-leaning atheist and sympathiser of Swedish Communist party KFML(r) before becoming a Christian, just before graduating from high school in 1970. Ludvig Nessa (born 11 December 1949) is a Norwegian Lutheran priest who has been noted as a fierce opponent against legalised abortion in Norway since the 1980s, staging various anti-abortion protests and other controversial stunts. Nessa was defrocked from the Church of Norway in 1989, confirmed after an appeal in 1991, which led him to co-found the independent Deanery of Strandebarm (also known as the "Church of Norway in Exile") together with fellow priests Børre Knudsen and Per Kørner. Livets Ord, literally ''Word of Life'', is a megachurch in Uppsala, within the Swedish Word of Faith movement. Livets Ord is the foremost example of the Neo-charismatic movement in Sweden, closely related to Word of Faith, and it may be viewed as a Swedish expression similar to Pentecostal elements in American Christianity.
