Virginia Haussegger
Virginia Haussegger, (born 21 March 1964), is an Australian journalist, academic advocate for gender equity, media commentator and television presenter. Haussegger presented ''ABC News (Australia), ABC News'' on ABC Canberra (TV station), ABC TV in Canberra from 2001 until 2016. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Canberra Institute For Governance and Policy Analysis. In 2018 she was named the Australian Capital Territory, ACT's Australian of the Year for 2019. Dan Bourchier is an Australian journalist and television presenter, best known for his work at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Sky News Australia. He is currently leading the ABC coverage of the Voice to Parliament as ABC Referendum/Voice Correspondent, and hosting ABCs The Drum. John Warhurst (academic)
John Lewis Warhurst, AO, (born 29 February 1948) is a noted Australian academic and a prominent leader within the Australian Republican Movement. He currently holds the positions of Emeritus Professor at the Australian National University and Deputy Chair of the Republican Movement. Biography Warhurst graduated from Saint Ignatius' College, Adelaide in 1965 and studied politics and economics at Flinders University, graduating in 1972. He left South Australia soon after, working in a number of different states, before teaching overseas at the University of London. He moved back to Australia in 1985 to teach at the University of New England, where he was professor of politics for 8 years.
