Vinícius Rodrigues Tomaz da Silva Almeida (born 26 June 1983) is a Brazilian footballer. Biography Born in Dias d'Ávila, Bahia, Vinícius started his career with Vitória, located in Salvador, the state capital. In September 2005, he was signed by Atlético Mineiro and played a season for the club at 2005 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A. In January 2006 he was signed by Iraty (''de facto'' controlled by investment company) and immediately borrowed by Avaí for a year. He played 2006 and Campeonato Catarinense and 2006 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B for the club. In January 2007, he was loaned to Santos along with Pedro. After winning Campeonato Paulista and played twice at 2007 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, he was loaned to Avaí for another year. Pedro Alves da Silva (born 25 April 1981) is a Brazilian retired footballer who played as a right-back. Club career Silva was born in Brasília, Federal District. During his early Brazilian career he represented SE Palmeiras, Figueirense FC and Esporte Clube Vitória (the latter two on loan). He was loaned to Sport Club Internacional in 2005, then had his first experience abroad with Portuguese club Académica de Coimbra. The Campeonato Baiano is the football league of the state of Bahia, Brazil. The championship has been played since 1905 without interruption. 2020 format First stage: 10 teams are included in one group, playing once only against all teams in the group. The four best teams qualify to the semifinals, while the last-placed team is relegated to the Second Level. Final stage The four best teams play in a two-legged knockout tie, with the first facing the fourth and the second facing the third placed. The winner of each Semifinal qualify for the Finals, which occur in the same way. The winners of the finals are the champions.
