Vintage Crop are an Australian music group from Geelong. They took their name from the English horse Vintage Crop. History Vintage Crop formed as a solo project for Jack Cherry, who would record in his bedroom and upload songs to SoundCloud SoundCloud is an online audio distribution platform and music sharing website that enables its users to upload, promote, and share audio. Anti Fade Records
Anti Fade Records is a record label run by Billy Gardner based in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. The first release for the record label was a limited edition C30 cassette by The Bonniwells titled "Sunny Brick" in 2011, and they have since put out over 80 releases, with Henry Rollins said to be a fan. Gardner told ''Beat Magazine'' that the impetus for creating the label was to release a compilation album he was curating called ''New Centre of the Universe Vol. 1''. The album was released in 2012 and featured tracks by Dick Diver, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, The Murlocs, Hierophants, UV Race, and The Frowning Clouds. The LP (from "long playing" or "long play") is an analog sound storage medium, a phonograph record format characterized by: a speed of rpm; a 12- or 10-inch (30- or 25-cm) diameter; use of the "microgroove" groove specification; and a vinyl (a copolymer of vinyl chloride acetate) composition disk. By 2015, Upset The Rhythm had organised about 700 shows. Upset The Rhythm shows occur each week in venues across London from smaller DIY hubs like Power Lunches to more established venues like The Roundhouse. Total Control is an Australian post-punk band that formed in Melbourne, Australia in 2008. The band's line-up includes Mikey Young (guitar, keyboards), Dan Stewart (vocals), Al Montfort (guitar), Zephyr Pavey (bass), and James Vinciguerra (drums). After a series of singles, the band's debut album, '' Henge Beat'', was released in August 2011. Their second album, ''Typical System'', was released in June 2014.
