Vinod Kapoor
Vinod Kapoor is an Indian actor who works in Hindi cinema and TV serials. He played the role of Dushasana in the Indian TV serial ''Mahabharat'' and essayed the role of Vibhishana in the TV serial '' Vishnu Puran'' and '' Ramayan''. Early life and career Vinod Kapoor first appeared in Yeh Pyar Nahin, the 1988 Salim Khan and Huma Khan starrer. The movie by itself is little known. It was his second project for which he is most well known. He played the role of Dushasana in BR Chopra's ''Mahabharat''. After this he had a fairly steady job in TV serials, most notably BR Chopra's ''Kanoon'' in which he played the role of Inspector Shakti Singh, appearing in a good number of episodes. Droṇa ( sa, द्रोण, Droṇa), also referred to as Dronacharya ( sa, द्रोणाचार्य, Droṇācārya), is a major character of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. In the epic, he serves as the royal preceptor of the Kauravas and the Pandavas. He is one of the primary counsellors and warriors featured in the epic. He is a friend of Sukracharya, the guru of the asuras, as well as Mahabali. He is described to be the son of the sage Bharadvaja, and a descendant of the sage Angirasa. Vibishana
Vibhishana () is the younger brother of Ravana, the King of Lanka, in the ancient Indian epic Ramayana. Though a rakshasa himself, Vibhishana turned his back on Ravana, and defected to Rama's side, owing to his dharma. After Rama defeated Ravana, the former crowned Prince Vibhishana as the King of Lanka before returning to Ayodhya. Ramayana Prince Vibhishana is portrayed as a pious and pure of heart in the epic. ''Mahabharat Katha'' is an Indian television series aired on DD National. This is a sequel which contains portions and stories left out of Mahabharat. It was produced by B. R. Chopra and directed by his son Ravi Chopra. Plot This series covers events not included in the original show including the life of Ghatotkatch, Hidimbaa, Barbareek, Aftermath of War, Arjuna's various marriages, Karna's marriage with Padmavati and his son, Vrishketu and mourning after the war. The series also showcases the story's Ashwamedha yagna, during which Arjuna's son Babruvahana, prince of Manipur fights Arjuna and Vrishketu when the horse of yagna reaches Manipur.
