Vince Melamed
Vincent Edward "Vince" Melamed is an American keyboardist and songwriter who resides in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born in New York, and moved to Los Angeles at an early age. Melamed has appeared with many bands as a keyboardist (Bob Dylan, J.D. Souther, Eagles, Jimmy Buffett, Dan Fogelberg, Glenn Frey) and has co-written songs for other artists, including "Walkaway Joe" by Trisha Yearwood, " What Mattered Most" by Ty Herndon, "Tell Me What You Dream" by Restless Heart, " I'll Take That as a Yes (The Hot Tub Song)" by Phil Vassar, "The Shake" by Neal McCoy, and " She'd Give Anything" by Boy Howdy. Melamed has received numerous BMI Million Air awards. In the early 1990s, he was part of Run C&W, with fellow musicians Jim Photoglo, Russell Smith of the Amazing Rhythm Aces and former Eagles member Bernie Leadon. Rock 'n Roll Fantasy Camp
The Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp is an interactive musical event that takes place in various locations worldwide involving various Rock Stars on various dates. Attendees play, write and record music in professional rehearsal and recording studios alongside those from the music industry, culminating in an event where attendees perform live on stage at a well known venue. Participants are formed into bands, each with its own rock star mentor. Over the course of the experience, campers learn band dynamics, song writing, receive instrument training, and hear from industry speakers and participate in Q&A sessions with well known musicians. Bernie Leadon
Bernie Leadon (pronounced ''led-un''; born July 19, 1947) is an American singer, musician, songwriter and founding member of the Eagles, for which he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. Prior to the Eagles, he was a member of three country rock bands: Hearts & Flowers, Dillard & Clark, and the Flying Burrito Brothers. He is a multi-instrumentalist (guitar, banjo, mandolin, steel guitar, dobro) coming from a bluegrass background. He introduced elements of this music to a mainstream audience during his tenure with the Eagles. Howard Russell Smith (June 17, 1949 – July 12, 2019) was an American singer and songwriter. He was the lead singer of the groups The Amazing Rhythm Aces and Run C&W. As a solo artist, he released four studio albums and charted five singles on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Singles chart between 1984 and 1989. Early life and career Smith was born in Nashville and grew up in Lafayette, Tennessee. The Amazing Rhythm Aces were formed in 1972 with Smith as lead singer. The band recorded six studio albums for ABC Records before disbanding in 1981. In 1982, Smith signed with Capitol Records and released two albums for the label, ''Russell Smith'' (1982) and ''The Boy Next Door'' (1984). He later signed with Epic Records in 1988, where he released ''This Little Town'' in 1989. James G. Photoglo is an American soft rock singer and songwriter from Inglewood, California. He released two charting albums in the early 1980s and had two hit singles, " We Were Meant to Be Lovers" (No. 31, 1980) and " Fool in Love with You" (No. 25, 1981). He has also performed simply as Photoglo. After his career as a pop artist, he became a successful country music songwriter in Nashville. Run C&W was an American novelty bluegrass group that was active in the early 1990s, playing mostly cover renditions of classic soul and R&B songs in a bluegrass or roots country style, including banjo, harmonica, washboard, and multi-part vocal harmonies.
