Villamantilla
Villamantilla is a municipality of the Community of Madrid, Spain. In 2022 it had a population of 1,567. It is mostly known because at its head is the only Black mayor of Spain, Juan Antonio de la Morena (for the right-wing Partido Popular), born from a Black father and a mother from Equatorial Guinea. He was first elected in 2007 (57.83% for the PP list), and reelected in 2011 (62.64%). The Community of Madrid (; es, Comunidad de Madrid ) is one of the seventeen autonomous communities of Spain. It is located in the centre of the Iberian Peninsula, and of the Central Plateau (''Meseta Central''). The People's Party ( es, Partido Popular ; known mostly by its acronym, PP ) is a conservative and Christian-democratic political party in Spain. The People's Party was a 1989 re-foundation of People's Alliance (AP), a party led by former minister of the dictatorship Manuel Fraga and founded back in 1976 as alliance of post-Francoist proto-parties.
