Villa FC
Villa Football Club. is an Irish association football club in Waterford, Ireland. History Villa FC was founded in 1953 in Waterford City, Ireland. It has achieved a number of footballing successes in Waterford since its founding. Villa FC's Premier team plays in the Waterford & District Junior League, and has won the competition twice. Villa FC also won the FAI Junior Cup in 2022, winning 1:0 in the final, as well as a number of other honours at levels from schoolboy to senior. Villa FC operates from their home ground at Connor's Park in Poleberry, Waterford City. Limerick ( ; ga, Luimneach ) is a western city in Ireland situated within County Limerick. It is in the province of Munster and is located in the Mid-West which comprises part of the Southern Region. Florø Sportsklubb is a Norwegian sports club from the town of Florø in the municipality of Kinn, Vestland, Norway. It has sections for association football, team handball and swimming. The club was founded in 1912 as Florø FK. Florø FK was later incorporated into Florø-Varg, founded in 1929. The Norwegian Third Division, also called 3. divisjon, is the fourth highest division of the men's football league in Norway. Like the rest of the Norwegian football league system, the season runs from spring to autumn, running approximately from April to October. After the 2010 season, the league was reorganised, reducing the number of teams to 164 and halving the number of parallel sections from 24 to 12. After the 2016 season, the league was again reorganised, reducing the number of teams from 164 to 84, and halved the number of groups from twelve to six. Turners Cross is an all-seater football stadium located in and synonymous with the district of Turners Cross in Cork, Ireland. It is owned by the Munster Football Association (MFA), and is used by the MFA and by League of Ireland side Cork City. It was the first all-seated, all-covered stadium in Ireland following redevelopment in 2009, and it is currently one out of only two, the other being the Aviva Stadium. The FAI Junior Cup is a cup competition organized by the Football Association of Ireland for junior association football clubs from the Republic of Ireland. The inaugural winners were Brideville. The competition's most successful club is Fairview Rangers of the Limerick & District League who have been winners nine times. According to the FAI, the FAI Junior Cup is one of the largest national amateur cup competitions in Europe. The 2012–13 competition saw an estimated 600 clubs enter the cup. The competition also serves a qualifier for the senior FAI Cup with the four semi-finalists all invited to take part in the FAI Cup.
