Länk FC Vilaverdense (formerly known as Vilaverdense F.C.) is a Portuguese football club based in Vila Verde in the district of Braga. Länk FC Vilaverdense FC currently plays in the Liga 3 which is the third tier of Portuguese football. The club was founded in 1953 as Vilaverdense F.C.and they play their home matches at the Campo Cruz do Reguengo in Vila Verde. The stadium has a capacity to accommodate 5,000 spectators. The club is affiliated to Associação de Futebol de Braga and has competed in the AF Braga Taça. The club has also entered the national cup competition known as Taça de Portugal on occasions. It also competes in women's football, with a more successful team playing in the first tier, Campeonato Nacional de Futebol Feminino. Pedro Jorge Marques Pereira (born 3 January 1984) is a Portuguese footballer who plays for Grupo Desportivo Prado as a right winger. Over nine seasons, he amassed Segunda Liga totals of 268 matches and 38 goals, mainly with Aves (six years). He totalled 50 appearances in the Primeira Liga, with three clubs. Club career Born in Braga, Pereira joined local S.C. Braga's youth system at the age of 11. He spent four full seasons with the reserves to kickstart his senior career and, on 17 August 2003, he made his first and only Primeira Liga appearance with the first team, coming on as a 77th-minute substitute in a 0–2 away loss against FC Porto; additionally, he spent time with farm team F.C. Campeonato Nacional De Seniores
The Campeonato de Portugal (Portuguese for 'Championship of Portugal') is the fourth level of the Portuguese football league system. Together with the third-tier Liga 3, it is organized by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). The Campeonato de Portugal was introduced in 2013 as the new third-level championship, under the name Campeonato Nacional de Seniores (Seniors National Championship), replacing both the Segunda Divisão and Terceira Divisão (former third and fourth divisions, respectively).
