Viktor Von Düben
Baron Henrik ''Viktor'' Knut von Düben von Düben (21 October 1818 – 21 August 1867) was a Swedish peer, politician, lieutenant, estate owner, second great-grandson of organist and composer Gustaf Düben. Early life Viktor von Düben was born on 21 October 1818 at Bollstanäs in Stockholm, Sweden, to Carolina Maria von Düben (née Eckhardt) and Anders Gustaf von Düben. The fourth child in a Noble family, he had two sisters and three brothers, among others writer Cesar von Düben. Carolina Maria was born in Swedish Pomerania, thus of German descent, while Anders Gustaf had Dutch, French, German and Scottish ancestry. Both his father and his grandfather was closely linked to the Royal Court of Sweden. His father was a prominent courtier and close friend of Gustav, Prince of Vasa, and his grandfather Henrik Jakob von Düben was a ''hofmarschall''. Maria Röhl
Maria Christina Röhl (26 July 1801 – 5 July 1875) was a Swedish portrait artist. She made portraits of many of the best known people in Sweden in the first half of the 19th century. Her paintings are exhibited at the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm. The Swedish Royal library has a collection of 1800 portraits by her. She was a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts (1843) and an official portrait artist of the royal court. Biography Maria Röhl was born in Stockholm in a well-off family. Carl Reinhold Tersmeden
Carl Reinhold Tersmeden (9 February 1789 – 21 July 1855), was a Swedish Army ''ryttmästare'' and politician. He served as the first chairperson of the first reform meeting in Örebro ( sv, Reformmötena i Örebro). Early life Carl Reinhold Tersmeden was born into the Tersmeden family, at Larsbo, but grew up at the family estate 27 kilometres (43 mi) northeast of Örebro, Sweden, and 190 kilometres (305 mi) west of Stockholm. He was the second of four children to ironmaster Jakob Niclas Tersmeden (1745–1822) and Hedvig Wegelin (1766–1842). Career After having advanced as quartermaster at Life Regiment Hussars in 1807, he was commissioned as cornet in the same year and was three years later promoted to lieutenant there. The ''Hofmarschall'' (plural: Hofmarschälle) was the administrative official in charge of a princely German court, supervising all its economic affairs. Historically, every civil service was regarded as court service (e.g. the Russian nobility is even now called the ''Dvoryanstvo'', i.e. courtiers), though today high officials in the royal courts that still exist frequently use titles like ''marshal'', ''chancellor'' or ''minister'', which in other countries are now only used by the civil administration or the military.
