''Vaygach'' ( rus, Вайгач, p=vɐjˈɡatɕ) is a shallow-draught nuclear-powered icebreaker. She was built in 1989 for the Soviet Union by Wärtsilä Marine Helsinki Shipyard in Finland by order of the Murmansk Shipping Company. Her sister ship is ''Taymyr''.
